| The property was newly refurbished when I moved in and there were 6 good sized bedrooms. The property was in an excellent location, just 2 minutes away from the university campus in which I was studying and only 5 minutes away from the centre of Newcastle. My friends and I liked the house a lot and so stayed there throughout our time at university. I would thoroughly recommend the property to any prospective students. |

| I lived in this house with some of my best friends for 3 years and we didnt want to leave!! The house was amazing and really close to everything you need. Phil was a great landlord from start to finish, he always made sure any problems were dealt with as quickly as possible. If we could have kept 4 Gladstone Terrace forever we definitely would have!! |

| Moved into 3 Gladstone on very short notice. It was just renovated and i was blown away. Leather sofas, flatscreen tv, modern kitchen with big american style fridge freezer. 2 toilets, seperate shower room and still room for 7 extremely comfy bedroom. Stayed for all my 3 years of Uni, landlord was a delight to deal with. Couldnt do enough for us and any repairs or additions to the house were done within a matter of days of asking. |

| Superb house in a fantastic location, perfecly equipped to deal with everyones needs. Fantastic trustworthy landlord that delt with all problems immediately which made living in this house even better. Made renting stress free and would recommend the company to anyone who wanted an ideal student accomodation in Jesmond. Its been an absolute delight living there the past two years. |

| This was a great property, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Phil was a brilliant landlord, always there when needed with a prompt response to any problems. | Phil is a brilliant landlord, always answered our calls and sorted out any problems the same day. We had absolutely no problems with the house and couldn't have enjoyed our year there any more than we did. |

| We loved it so much we came back after our placement year!! Really great house in excellent spot. Very spacious and well equipped with new furniture, Phil was great- always responded quickly if any problems. |
