| Being able to deal directly with a superb landlord for the last 2 years has made renting easy. Phil is always available at the end of the phone and will sort all queries as soon as he can. The house has done us very well and I highly recommend this company to deal with. |

| We loved it so much we came back after our placement year!! Really great house in excellent spot. Very spacious and well equipped with new furniture, Phil was great- always responded quickly if any problems. |
